Prohibited Use of the Platform

Users must not use LadysLy for unlawful activity or activity that creates a serious risk of harm to another person.

  • Creating or maintaining listings for minors.
  • Facilitating human trafficking or forced exploitation.
  • Threatening, coercing or blackmailing another person.
  • Uploading sexual material involving minors.
  • Using another person's identity without authorization.
  • Posting fraudulent or deliberately misleading information for unlawful purposes.

Reporting Suspicious or Dangerous Activity

Do Not Confront a Suspected Trafficker

If you believe someone may be in immediate danger, do not attempt to investigate, confront or physically intervene yourself. Contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.

Review & Enforcement

We may review reports and available information relating to suspected violations of this policy. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include removing content, restricting an account, suspending access or taking other appropriate measures.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, information relating to serious suspected unlawful activity may be preserved or disclosed to competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

User Responsibility
